Delivery charges covers the cost of delivery anywhere within the mainland UK but does not cover delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands.
Dispatch of your order will be as quickly as possible.
We will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of when your order will be delivered.
Delivery should be within 7 days of your order providing items are in stock.
Under our 7 day money back guarantee you may return to us any product that you are not completely satisfied with providing it has not been assembled and remains in its original packaging.
G T Furniture will not accept any responsibility or liability for any transit damage that may occur on any product you have returned to us whether for replacement or return. We strongly suggest that you make sure that you have used sufficient packaging to protect your returns and insure againist damage before returning any product.
All return carriage costs will be borne by you the sender. Under our 7 day money back guarantee we will refund the cost of the item in full, however, all delivery fees are non refundable.
Instore Orders
Items brought instore can be collected or we provide a FREE delivery service providing you live within 3 miles of Worthing. We are able to deliver within the East/West Sussex area but we will charge a delivery fee. This would be pre-arranged with yourself.
Providing the items are in stock, we will try to delivery the items within 48 hours and normally late afternoon. We have found this the best time due to customers not having to take time of work etc. Please do let us know if this is not convenient with you.
